Day 1: Marrakech - Ait Ben Haddou - Ouarzazate - Dades Valley
We will leave Marrakech in the morning for this 4-day Marrakech to Fez Sahara desert tour. Our driver/guide will pick you up in Marrakech in a comfortable SUV or van and drive you to the Ait Ben Haddou casbah. Day 3: Merzouga Desert Excursion
After waking up for sunrise on the sand dunes and breakfast. You will have more time to enjoy the dunes and, if desired, go sandboarding. Along with that, you will start your Merzouga desert day tour to visit the Sahara desert nomads. We’ll make a visit to some people known as Gnawa or Gnaoua and listen to their traditional musical performance. And enjoy a deliciously Berber lunch. Berbers are the people who live in the Merzouga desert or nearby areas. The first stop will be an ancient village called Merdani, where you will see desert adobe houses and learn about the local culture. We will then drive through the hamada until we reach one of these nomadic families. The people are friendly, simple, and warm and friendly.
